On the 9th of December 2021 Liquidity Services SA will be hosting a huge property auction on behalf of Telkom SA Limited, an intergrated South African wireless, mobile, data and telecommunications provider, operating in more than 38 countries across the African continent. The auction will consist of commercial and industrial buildings, vacant erven and agricultural land in various locations across the country.
Liquidity Services has been assisting Telkom dispose of their surplus assets for the last 10 years and has already sold close to 200 properties during this period. This next sale proves to be even bigger than previous years, with over 60 properties being offered to the market, commented Kim Faclier, Managing Director of Property for the company. The auction will be held online on the AllSurplus Marketplace giving interested buyers from across the country and abroad an opportunity to participate in the sale from the comfort of their home across all time zones, continued Faclier.
This is an extensive portfolio and consists of the properties scattered all across South Africa, the majority of these located in the Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.
The online auction closes on 9 December from 14:00pm (South African time) with viewing only allowed by appointment.
